HOW IT WORKS

This Charity would donate a sum of $100 in the form of a “Thank You Gift Card” to each eligible healthcare worker, as a token of appreciation for their compassionate and dedicated work, sacrificing their own and their family’s health, during this pandemic.*

The healthcare worker must be an employee of a Hospital or Healthcare Facility registered with U.S. Department of Health & Human Services [HHS.gov].

The gift cards would be donated to eligible healthcare workers through the hospitals or healthcare facilities with which they are employed.

The Hospital or Healthcare Facility will furnish the details of the eligible healthcare workers to whom they have donated the gift cards, to enable The Charity to send them a personalized thank you note, expressing our thankfulness for their sacrifice and dedication.

*subject to the amount of donations received.
